At Xplor Scent, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or where the packaging has been tampered with.

2. Reporting Damages

Our packaging is designed to ensure the safe arrival of your perfumes. In the rare instance that your product is damaged during transit, please follow the steps below:

  • Report the Damage: Any suspected damages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Inspection of the Damage: We may request photos or further information to assess the issue before proceeding with a return or refund.

3. Refund Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria for unopened and unused products, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Return Authorisation: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return. Once authorised, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
  • Refund Timeline: Upon receiving the returned product and confirming it is unopened and unused, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
